Can I exchange items purchased online in-store?

Yes — full-price items (not on sale) can be returned or exchanged in-store if brought back within 3 business days (Lagos), 5 days (outside Lagos), or 10 days (international). Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact. Sale items are final sale.


How long does delivery typically take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Lagos: 1–2 business days
  • Other Nigerian states: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. All orders outside Lagos are shipped via DHL with tracking provided. Delivery costs vary by location and package weight.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide 🌍. All international orders are delivered via DHL with tracking provided. Delivery usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery costs are set by the courier and vary by weight and destination.
  • Packages over 2kg may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Customs/import duties may apply upon arrival in your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient. If an order is refused and returned, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
