Delivery Process
For deliveries outside of Lagos, Nigeria, Ziva Lagos partners with DHL. Tracking information, including a tracking number, will be provided via email, so please ensure you include your email address for timely updates.
Delivery Costs
Please note that Ziva Lagos does not set delivery costs; these are determined by the respective delivery companies.
Important Information
Due to the varying size and weight of fabrics, we cannot confirm the exact weight of your package until it is ready for shipping. Shipping rates listed on our website apply to packages weighing between 0.5 to 2kg. If your package exceeds 2kg, you will be contacted to cover the additional shipping balance.
You may also choose to use your own shipping method. Please be aware that once your package reaches your chosen shipper, Ziva Lagos is not liable for any loss or theft.
Ready-to-Wear
Ziva Lagos is a Ready-To-Wear Brand. We do not offer amendments or alterations.
Delivery Duration
- Delivery Time within Lagos: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time (Interstate): 2-5 business days
- International Delivery: 5-14 business days
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Customs Charges
International orders may incur customs or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If the recipient refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
Change of Delivery Details
If you need to update your delivery address or contact information, please email us at ziva@zivalagos.com with your order name and number. Note that this may cause further delays if the order has already been processed. If the package has already arrived at the original address, additional fees may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, incorrect address, or incorrect contact information, a second delivery may be attempted at the discretion of the courier. Additional fees may apply for the second delivery attempt. For further questions, please reach out to our customer support team.
