Returns
- Timeframe: All exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of purchase for orders in Lagos. For orders outside Lagos, returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt.
- Conditions: Ziva Lagos reserves the right to reject returns that exceed the return period or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. Returned items must be in the same condition, with tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.
- Approval Process: After inspection, we will inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
